SCOPE OF WORK
We serve all the rural districts in Eastern Uganda, with particular focus in the Busoga sub-region for innovative, inclusive, and sustainable community development. We empower communities through the promotion of climate-smart transformation in agriculture and grassroots construction.
IMPACT STORY: MARTHA’S ORCHARD
Martha, a 37-year-old widow and mother of 5 in Mayuge, received a package of 3 mango trees, 5 avocado seedlings, maize, pumpkins, and Doodo seeds. Within a year, she was feeding her children nutritious meals, selling vegetables at the market, and using proceeds to pay school fees. “Before LIMA, we had nothing but hunger -Today, we have food, trees, and hope,” Martha says.
